Morgan Guinn, the lead English as a second language volunteer trainer at Rhine Ordnance Barracks, and different volunteers recurrently maintain English lessons for Afghan males, ladies and kids on the barracks in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
The curriculum, Guinn stated, was created "for this population, in this moment, at this time. ... so that all ages of life, all stages of life, can get a head start on English and be better prepared for their new life."
