A Malaysian delegation will go to China to carry talks with the nation's management on AUKUS and perceive the considerations that Beijing might have over the newly introduced partnership.
The matter was disclosed by the nation's Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein in response to a parliamentary query on 22 September.
On 15 September the leaders of the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom introduced the institution of a brand new safety partnership referred to as AUKUS. As a part of the partnership, the US and the UK would help Australia in procuring a fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.
Australia has since clarified that it's trying to procure a fleet of a minimum of eight nuclear-powered boats that will probably be constructed in-country.
