Responsible for system engineering of safety programs for area missions comprising area and floor section perimeter within the body of nationwide applications, ESA missions and export programs.
Main duties to be carried out in a excessive self-reliant method are:
- Definition and implementation of safety programs, architectures, ideas and designs.
- Security system requirement evaluation incl. safety threat evaluation
- Accreditation of IT-security programs (Common Criteria, IT-Security)
- Execution of design trade-offs
- Identification and definition of safety system inside and exterior Interfaces (ICDs)
- Specification of safety system HW & SW components
- Costing of safety options
- Collaboration throughout interfaces with Space Segment-/ Ground Segment Engineering, Space Instrument, Performance Engineering, Operations Engineering
- Technical Management
- Lead / Coordinate Proposals
- Lead Studies / R&D actions
- Lead / Coordinate Mid-size safety initiatives
Working experiences and data:
- Sound data of system engineering assist instruments, e.g. for necessities administration, architectural design, and many others.
- Technical Management for low- to mid-sized Projects is of advance
- Basic data about IT-Security and/ or cryptography options
- Experience in Common Criteria, ISO 27000 or equal processes is of advance
